Here are a few things, however, we must insist upon:

We insist on giving you a quote, agreeing on a price, and then giving you everything we have for that price.
We insist on bringing a non-imposing, yet very powerful system with us that, when placed where we have determined and optimized for maximum performance, will produce awesome sound, but still put the focus on you and your day.
We insist on involving you in every aspect of planning your reception, beginning with detailed (some brides say too detailed!) planning done in your own unique online client area using the latest state-of-the-art DJ Intelligence software. This area is available to all clients 24 hours a day. You can access it whenever it is convenient for you. Never has it been easier to truly customize your event . This software also allows you to search our entire database of songs, and create playlists based on what you want to hear, and timelines that plan the flow of your day down to the minute!. All this is included at absolutely no cost to you!
Finally, we must insist on being available to you whenever you need us, to discuss ideas, change format, alter the plan, or for any other need that you deem important. We will answer all communication promptly, with the focus on your needs and our ability to meet those needs. We give you virtually unlimited access to your DJ from the moment you book. Every change you make on your planners is sent to both your DJ and the boss in real time...and someone will get back to you within minutes when a message is sent through your online client area.

Look, things will change between now and then. We understand that. That's what happens when trying to plan the largest event of your life.
